XW3100X Stripped Reflective film is a commercial grade retroreflective sheeting designed for harzard warning purpose, it consisting of glass bead formed in a durable transparent resin, sealed in a synthetic film and backed with an aggressive pressure sensitive adhesive with a protective liner. Most common color is red and white, yellow and black, with 5cm or 10cm interval.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Rinse thoroughly.

To remove grease, oil, or tar, use cloth moistened with heptane, VM&P naphtha or mineral spirits. Wash with detergent and water and rinse thoroughly.

Using high pressure cleaning equipment, the following conditions should be applied/ set up:

• Maximum temperature 60?

• Minimum of 1 meter distance of cleaning jet from sheeting surface

Storage and Shelf Life

1. Reflective Sheeting must be used within 1 years after date of receipt from XW; 

2. Partially used Rolls should be returned to the shipping carton or suspended horizontally from a rod or pipe through the core; 

3. Store the sheeting in a clean, dry area at 20 ? and 50% relative humidity and away from direct sunlight.

The warranty table provides that if the goods are defective in material or workmanship, they will be replaced or the price refunded at our company’s option but note that we do not accept liability for other direct loss (except for personal injury or death) or consequential losses relating to defective products or from information supplied by us.
